The Hexalobular Socket Pan Head Self Tapping Screw in DIN7500 Standard combines Torx drive and head design. It is specifically engineered for high torque applications and anti-slip scenarios, making it ideal for precision assembly or use in harsh environments. This type of screw is commonly utilized for connecting materials such as aluminum alloys, galvanized steel sheets, solar brackets, and communication base stations.

Features:

Curved head with supporting surface at the bottom, providing moderate load-bearing capacity, slightly protruding surface after installation.

The design of the plum blossom groove can achieve high torque transmission, reduce the risk of slipping, and is suitable for automated installation or high torque requirements, and some models support anti-disassembly to enhance security.

By extruding plastic or thin metal plates to form internal threads, material cracking can be reduced (especially suitable for brittle plastics such as PC and PMMA).
